Coach Lou was excellent in terms of communication, before and during my session, and made me feel comfortable and welcomed with my first class. Emerge provides a clean friendly and well equipped atmosphere. Emerge also has smart bag technology with the associated app so you can monitor your progress from the gym and from home. The gym is conveniently located off of Main Street with plenty of available parking. You are able to start with a 1 week free trial but I will DEFINITELY be continuing to train there!

I joined Emerge on a challenge, without any real exposure to kickboxing and not being in great shape. Lou is a great instructor with the right level of encouragement and motivation. You are challenged during workouts to do your best and work hard. I love that every day is something different whether it is a new circuit or boxing technique. Excited to see this place grow and expand.

My daughter just started about a month ago. She loves it and looks up to and respects Sensei Lou because he respects her!! He has a great attitude and is 100% devoted to his art and teaching the kids. Hard working with 20+ years experience. A great role model!! Family friendly, Clean and affordable!!
